Everyday a challenge but GOD is always there for you

Good Morning,

Pig is still in bed and I am writing solo today.

I was thinking of all the things I wanted to write.

My little burro I had as a teenanger.

Her name was Daisy Mae. She would let us ride her for a moment and then she would buck us off.

She was a short little burro with a stomach that looked like she was carring a fold.

A baby inside.

But NO.

She ate all the time and it was called a sand belly.

We tried to help her with bran and other things meant to help but NO.

That belly was there to stay.

I had a beat up old Tempest station wagon that I drove.

I was grateful I had something to drive.

I had the kids Paint it in art class for credit.

We put a fluorecent ORANGE Peace sign on it.

So fun to do.

I was a teenager.

We wore torn jeans and tire tread sandals and some of us had a rabbit purse.

Quite the fashion. Most of it has come back already.

I drove myself to school and others because my Mother had extreme headaches that would completely stop her from doing anything except to be still in a very dark room.

WITH NO lights on in the house. I was sorry she suffered so much.

So, It was fun to drive myself at 14 years old and at 18 cents a gallon for gas.

I made it work out.

I sold my Pictures that I would draw in class and my molds I made out of clay for a quarter.

I also worked as well, part time job at a Burger Place after school.

Sometimes the kids I drove to school would chip in to help too.

One day I came home with my burger and a strawberry shake and french fries.

When you work at your job you can bring home one meal.

Daisy Mae came by to me and was crying or Braying making those donkey sounds as I had my door open starting to eat my burger.

She wanted my food.

If she could of jumped the fence she would of.

She pressed herself as close to the fence as she could to get closer to me.

NO, I said. You eat grass and hay and grain.

She persisted to want a bite. She looked at me with weepy eyes.

I never want anyone to go hungry or be unhappy over not having food.

She looked so sad because I said, NO.

So, I gave her a bite by tearing off a part of my burger.

She had BIG lips and Big long Hairs on it that are kinda pokey around her mouth and a BIG tongue.

She was so excited as I put the burger bite in my hand flat, so she did not bite me in her excitement.

She wrinkled up her lips and like a vaccum cleaner as she sucked it into her mouth.

Now chewing it, she was ready for more.

I couldn't believe it.

I was so surprised and facinated that she could eat this.

She motioned with her head up and down like Pig does and it was so cute .

So,I gave her one more bite until my Burger was all GONE.

Oh, I said to myself.

I have french fries do you think she would like that?

I dipped the catsup on each one and one by one and Daisy Mae ate it.

Each french fry I gave her sharing with a few more I ate for myself.

They were consumed immediately.

The only thing left was my strawberry shake.

I had just taken a sip.

Then she almost danced in front of me.

Burros have a very keen sense of smell. They can find water in the desert.

So it was no problem for Daisy Mae to smell my delious Strawberry shake.

It had pretty much melted by now and I said, to her.

Do you want this too?

She didn't have to talk.

Her body language said it all, as I brought my shake cup to her.

She licked all of it out of my cup.

A little at a time as I tried to hold it up to her mouth to drink it.

Do you remember those milk commercials?

She had pink lips.

Just like that commercials.

She was so cute.

I did not have a camera but it is forever in my memory of a very happy donkey.

I never gave her junk food again.

However one Saturday my sister and I really slept in.

As a note, when you have a farm animals and chickens you need to supply food and water everyday.

Same time and same place so they always know where to go to get what they need.

Daisy Mae was not waiting.

She broke through the gate in back came around the pool and pushed the french doors open.

As Daisy Mae cried out to me.

Feed me.

Not in words but in her donkey sounds and actions.

I was in my jammies and had to laugh as I walked her back to feed her.

Now a happy Donkey with a full belly if that could ever be possible.

She ate all day long graising our fields with our horses.

I was surprised the dogs that Mother would rescue from the 7-11 didn't follow her back there.

We loved playing with her and she gave us days of joy and laughter as all animals do when you care about them and love them.

I always wanted to have a burro again. Its hard to have a burro in an apartment or in a traditional house with no land.

But someday I will get to be with the wild donkeys. Pig cried out from her bed.

How are you going to do that?

Move to a property that backs up to a national reserve or forest area. They are there.

A little salt lick and some food and a water trough . THEY WILL COME.

Pig asked are we moving soon?

I don't know? Only GOD knows. Pig said, That is a good answer.

Why is that Pig?

Because GOD knows everything.

Funny Pig.

I said , SO TRUE.

Hey Pig, are you ever getting Up?

Only GOD knows. She said.

OK, I responded, very Funny Pig.

Do you know what Burros and Donkey's represent in THE BIBLE.

No? Pig said.

Well, Let me tell you.

They are special creatures as you know.

They are Known as the beast of burden.

Hard workers to help farmers and they would put carts to attach to them to pull loads or load on thier backs up to carry high loads.

Donkeys very humble loves thier children and are very social animals as they hang out in packs.

Donkeys or burros and are also called an Ass.

I know a funny name Pig. But they will be descibed like that in the below scripture.

The Donkeys are a very durable animal and for me was like having a pet like a large dog that was very loving and kind to me.

In THE BIBLE when a King rode in a donkey it meant He is coming in Peace or Victory over a battle won.

Jesus rode into Jerusalem for the Passover celebration on a donkey, as a KING would.

This Is how the crowd treated HIM as HE arrived LIKE THIER KING.

The people saw HIM coming and they cut Palm branches ahead of HIM coming and spread them before HIM on the road.

Crying out Hosana, Hosana.

Which means Save NOW.

Save NOW.

The people saw the Miracles of JESUS.

They Knew HE was someone Powerful but DID they really Know WHO HE WAS?

Because by the end of the week most of them will say CRUCIFY HIM.

However, the People laying the Palm branches down wanted HIM to free them ALL from

The Roman dictatorship and oppression. I don't think they realized why he came until after HIS death.

The Romans didn't see this event as any threat or any meaning.

All was at Peace.

The Religious leaders called the Sanhedrin and Pharisees'DEFINIELY DID SAW IT AS A THREAT TO THEM .......

They knew what was being proclaimed. MESSIAH HAS COME.

All the Religious leaders saw that,

HE was drawing large crowds that would normally be for them.

They were Jealous of HIM and then they were blinded onTHE TRUTH on who HE ACTUALLY WAS.

From then on they plotted to kill HIM.

As It was written Your King, Your Messiah lowly will be riding on a donkey.

ZECHAIAH 9:9

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!

Shout,O daughter of Jerusalem!

Behold, Thy King cometh unto thee!

He is riding upon an ass and upon a colt , the foal of an ass.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion. Behold THY King cometh unto thee;

He is just, and having Salvation; lowly. and riding upon a colt the foal of an ass.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!

Shout aloud, O Daughter of Jeruselem!

Behold , your King (Messianic KING) is coming to you;

HE is righteous and endowed with Salvation, Humble and unasasuming

(in submissionto the will of THE FATHER) and riding on a donkey, Upon a colt the foal of a donkey.

Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion!

Shout aloud, O Daughter of Jeruselum!

Behold, your King comes to you; HE (uncompromising) JUST AND HAVING SALVATION

( TRIUMPHANT AND VICTORIOUS) Patient, meek, lowly, and riding on a donkey, upon a colt the foal of a donkey.

Rejoice Greatly.

This Verse repeats as a song and more information to describe JESUS.

I would invite you as you read to feel the Praise and worship of this event spoken and written of in

Zachariah 9:9 explaining THE COMING KING and the event proceeding

HIS CROSS HE WILL BEAR FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS FOR THE WORLD.

This starts with the Proclamation, THAT THE MESSIAH HAS ARRIVED.

PALM SUNDAY that HE HAS ARRIVED.

REJOICE GREATLY.

Palm SUNDAY as we know it told.

This is the beginning of Holy week. All that is included with the events leading up to

THE MOST IMPORTANT CELEBRATION OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH IS EASTER.

He will be THE CHOSEN ONE that will forgive you of Sins. The leaders didn't beleive this and began plotting a way to kill him.

The part I didn't tell you Pig is how he got those donkeys to ride them?

How did HE get them? Pig asked.

Well, He told the two disciples where they were and what to say.

They went and they were there just like HE said.

A Momma Donkey and her baby a colt.

A fold that had never been ridden before.

They went to untie them.

The owner of the Donkeys asked ? What are you doing?

They replied,

The MASTER has need of them. Mathew 21:1-11

The Donkeys were then on there way with no complaints.

What an honor for both Owner and Mother donkey and colt to be of service to

THE MASTER.

OUR SAVIOR AND LORD.

Pig agreed.

This Next Sunday is PALM SUNDAY.

Then GOOD FRIDAY and THEN EASTER SUNDAY.

Tomorrow we will talk about that.

Pig interuptred and asked?

Will you tell the story about the donkey that talked TOO? Pig said.

Yes, Pig.

It's a story about the donkey that actually talked to Balam a Prophet he was greedy man but GOD used him to BLESS HIS PEOPLE OF ISREAL and the story of his greed when told NO. He was disabediant to GOD.

I was also thinking about Mary and Joseph and how she rode on a donkey.

The Christmas Story.

The animals were there first, to see BABY JESUS to be born.

GODS SON.

The Angel told Mary and HIS name shall be called JESUS.

I was also thinking about Saul who was looking for his Fathers donkey's and Samuel annointed him as King.

That's kinda funny, Pig said.

Just ALWAYS KNOW Pig,

THAT GOD ALWAYS has a PLAN.

Silly to us or not, GOD IS GOD.

GOD KNOWS EVERYTHING.

HE IS THE BEGINNING AND THE ENDING.

THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA.

THERE ARE NO ACCIDENTS WITH GOD.

ONLY OPPOURTUNITIES TO SHOW YOU THAT GOD IS ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU.

Then the next story is how a young teenager Boy named David came to KING SAUL

and said,

I will Kill the GIANT. I will share that story too.

Good Pig said.

I like that one.

Then, Samuel The Prophet annointed David KING OF ISREAL.

This happened later at the appointed time.

Then, When David was KING The Proclamation was told to him By The Prophet Samuel that through his lineage would come THE MESSIAH.

JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR AND LORD.

Wow, Pig said. HE really does know it ALL.

Yes Pig, I replied.

HE DOES.

Pig, are you ready to Pray?

Yes, she said.

We are Praying THE LORDS PRAYER.

You are welcomed to Pray with us.

OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN

HALLOWED BE THY NAME

THY KINGDOM COME

THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH

AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.

GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD.

AND

FORGIVE US OUR TRESPASSES

AS WE FORGIVE THOSE WHO TRESPASS AGAINST US

AND

LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION

BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL

FOR THINE IS THE KINGDOM

AND

THE POWER

AND

THE GLORY

FOREVER AND EVER

AMEN

IN JESUS NAME

I am ready for my warm fluffy wonders with real butter and syrup.

My milk too in my ice cold baby mason jar with my name on it.

Pig asked?

Are you going to do that for my little jars with lids with lemonade for the

Summer too?

Yes, Pig.

Thats a good tip to share to have premade lemonade into jars with lables that you can change. To have them ready to go instead of sodas in the ice chest.

Something more healthy to drink.

Can you make different flavors ?

Pig asked.

Yes , Of course Pig.

That would make it even more fun.
